The HIKM Conference leadership is delighted to announce that this year’s conference will now be held on-line 16-17 September 2025.
First held in 2007, HIKM has become the leading high-impact conference for Health Information Science researchers across Asia-Pacific and beyond. It is held annually and accepted papers are presented and published globally. HIKM is ‘Online-by-Design’ and therefore free to attend. Only a modest fee is required from authors to cover the publication with ACM.
In the past, HIKM was held jointly with the Australasian Computer Science Week (ACSW). With the more intensified focus of HIKM on its global audience, in August 2024 the HIKM leadership decided to discontinue the co-location of both conferences. “
The HIKM Conference date has been set for 16-17 September 2025, which has less conflicts with the academic obligations of many of our participants.
